Ed Horrell, Founder

Ed is the best-selling author of "The Kindness Revolution" and founder of the movement of the same name.  He is the author of over 250 published articles and two books, including the best-selling "The Kindness Revolution".  He currently writes a regular column for The Memphis Business Journal and was previously the host of the weekly radio talk show, "Talk About Service",  broadcast from KWAM AM 990 in Memphis and various Mid-South cities.


Capree House, National Director of Marketing

Capree has years of national and local marketing and advertising experience.  Capree is responsible for the national expansion of The Kindness Revolution as well As The Spirit of Kindness Magazine.  Capree works with large and small business owners promoting companies with values such as great customer service, dignity, respect, courtesy and kindness.

 

 

 


Dave Daily, Regional Advocate

Dave is an entreprenuer, speaker, and our Atlanta-area Advocate.  Dave is responsible for all Kindness Revolution activities in the Atlanta region, including our Spirit of Kindness Awards, Certification Training, and survey distribution.


Tom Rocca, Regional Advocate

Tom is known as "the hardest working man in customer service" and is active in numerous national customer service related associations.  He is the president of KPI Group, an Atlanta-based CRM consulting organization, and hosts a regular segment of Ed's weekly talk radio program.

Lydia Ramsey is a  business etiquette speaker and trainer, and the founder of Manners That Sell, a firm offering keynotes, seminars and workshops to corporations, professional associations, government agencies and colleges and universities


Cathy Graham, Graphics Specialist

Cathy is principal at GraphixUnlimited.com, a state of the art commercial graphics firm.  Cathy has been a regular on Ed's radio broadcast, "Talk About Service" and has been instrumental in establishing a web presence for The Kindness Revolution, Talk About Service and EdHorrell.com.
